These pilots are equipped with the skills needed to capture detailed imagery for use in claims assessment, and they excel in working with specialized drones capable of high-resolution and thermal imaging. Our real estate drone pilots specialize in aerial photography and videography tailored to showcase residential and commercial properties. These pilots have a keen eye for capturing appealing angles and lighting to highlight each property's unique features. Beyond just capturing high- quality footage, real estate pilots are adept at flying in varied settings, from urban high-rises to rural estates, ensuring all necessary property details are documented for marketing and listing purposes.

Construction drone pilots are tasked with performing comprehensive site surveys, progress monitoring, and inventory checks. These pilots must be able to capture data from multiple angles and heights, allowing stakeholders to track a project's development accurately. With experience in surveying, construction drone pilots contribute to safety compliance, resource management, and timely project completion. Their work also aids in minimizing on-site risks by capturing information from a safe distance.

Our underwriting pilots work closely with insurance professionals to assess potential property risks for new policies. These pilots conduct roof condition audits, high-rise inspections, and commercial property evaluations, capturing the intricate details insurers need to evaluate risk. Due to the nature of their work, these pilots are well-versed in capturing hard-to- access areas safely and effectively.

Drone pilots who work with property management teams conduct routine inspections to help managers maintain compliance and monitor building conditions. Their role is essential for proactive maintenance and ensuring properties remain safe, compliant, and visually appealing.
